Strength without a class timetable

A class timetable works well until it does not fit the week, and then it tends to be abandoned altogether rather than adjusted. The commitment was to the class, not to the movement itself.

Strength and mobility do not require a studio. They require consistency, and consistency is easier to sustain when it does not depend on being somewhere at a fixed time.

The simplest version is often the one that lasts: a short, repeatable sequence, done on the floor of a bedroom or a hallway, that asks nothing of a calendar. It is less impressive to describe. It is also the one people still do a year later.

The goal is not to replace a gym or a class for anyone who likes one. It is to have something that survives the weeks when neither is possible.
